Webb5 apr. 2012 · It is not guaranteed and on average you'll have to chat up 3-4 locals to get the greeting, but it's a LOT more reliable than standing around hoping some local greets you. You have to have Apartment Life to use this mod since it uses the reputation system to push the greeting. When you get the mod it is disabled by default, but you can go into the mod options and enable it. Just read the mod description on the website.
