Webb8 feb. 2024 · Ingredients 1 ½ cups milk 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C) 2 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast 1 cup raisins 3 large eggs 1 ¼ cups white sugar, divided ½ cup margarine, softened 1 teaspoon salt 8 cups all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons milk 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon 2 tablespoons butter, melted Directions WebbStir in sugar, butter and salt; pour into a large mixing bowl and cool to lukewarm. Add 3-1/2 cups flour, yeast mixture and eggs; beat with mixer at medium speed until smooth. Stir in raisins, if desired, and enough remaining flour to make a soft dough. Knead on lightly floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
