WebHelm: Flying Scots perform best with minimal helm. Neutral helm when the boat is flat is best. If you really desire some helm use the minimal amount you can. The reason for this is two fold. I not only had to drill new screw holes to attach the new cap, but because the main sheet block is now attached with four nuts and bolts I needed to drill holes in the fiberglass trunk top to accommodate the bolt ends.
