For now, we already have the first piece of DLC, Clash in the Clouds. WebThen in the options for Infinite (still in steam) under "updates" tab, there's an extra option to enable / disable cloud sync. Also there's yet another option in Bioshock Infinite to enable / disable cloud sync. I don't know if it's all the same for the mac version though so things might be in slightly different spots or non existent all together.
